These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the gmaepk platform. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
Welcome to gmaepk. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the gmaepk platform operator ("gmaepk", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website accessible at https://gmaepk.cam and all associated services, tools, content and functionality made available through it (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing informational content, registering an account or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including users accessing from Pakistan and all other jurisdictions. Users from Pakistan are specifically advised to review the Governing Law section and understand that Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other applicable legislation. gmaepk does not provide legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

To register an Account and use the Platform's wagering services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We operate a strict adults-only policy. Any user found to be under the applicable minimum age will have their Account immediately suspended, all wagers voided and any funds returned (or forfeited where permitted by law) pending investigation.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement or legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. Users in Pakistan are specifically advised that Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. gmaepk makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.
You must not be currently subject to a voluntary self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or operator-imposed exclusion on any gambling platform, including gmaepk. Attempting to register while under a self-exclusion order constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each user is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating duplicate, multiple or overlapping Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gmaepk reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated funds where duplicate Account abuse is confirmed.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. You must not register using another person's identity, false name, fictitious details or any information you do not have the right to use. gmaepk is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to you unless you have notified gmaepk of a suspected security breach immediately upon becoming aware of it.
All Accounts are subject to KYC verification prior to the processing of withdrawal requests and may be subject to verification at the time of registration or during routine platform monitoring. Accepted identification documents for Pakistani users include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), B-Form, Passport or any other government-issued photographic identification acceptable to gmaepk's compliance team.
The Platform is made available solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational use, subject to these Terms. You may access, browse and use the Platform's betting and casino services for personal wagering purposes only, provided such use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or contrary to these Terms. Specific prohibitions are detailed in the Prohibited Conduct section below.
gmaepk makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. gmaepk accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform downtime.
Informational content on the Platform — including odds guides, betting tips, glossary definitions and educational articles — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, legal advice or a recommendation to place any specific wager. Past performance of any market or statistical trend is not indicative of future results.
Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of transaction. Payment references familiar to users in Pakistan — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be listed as available options. The mention of any payment provider on this Platform does not imply that provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling services. Actual available methods are confirmed on the deposit page.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and account tier. Indicative minimums for PKR transactions may be in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000 for mobile wallet methods, but these are illustrative only and subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) successful KYC verification; (b) completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds; (c) AML compliance checks; and (d) the minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method. gmaepk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds or appear inconsistent with normal account activity.
Account balances may be denominated in PKR where supported. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are disclosed at the time of transaction. gmaepk accepts no liability for fluctuations in exchange rates affecting the value of any transaction.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives ("Offers") are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be stated at the time the Offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between specific Offer terms and these general Terms, the specific Offer terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise, all Offers are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash. For example: a Bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 30x wagering requirement requires the user to wager a cumulative total of PKR 1,50,000 before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated explicitly for each Offer and must be read before accepting.
Any attempt to abuse promotional Offers — including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Offer more than once; placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; exploiting mathematical loopholes; or coordinating with other users to extract bonus value — will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds and potential legal action.
gmaepk reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend any Offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that Offers already accepted and in progress are not retroactively modified to the User's material detriment without reasonable notice.
All bets are subject to acceptance by gmaepk. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet for any reason, including — without limitation — where a bet exceeds the applicable single-bet or accumulator limit, where an error in the displayed odds is identified, or where the Platform reasonably suspects irregular or fraudulent betting activity.
Where odds are published in error — whether due to a data-feed fault, technical error or human error — gmaepk reserves the right to void any affected bets, even after the event result is known. Users will be notified of any void resulting from an odds error and stakes returned.
Where a sports event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond a specified period (typically 48 hours), all bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for PSL T20, ICC tournaments and other cricket events are detailed in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.
Live in-play bets are subject to the current odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation. During periods of high traffic or technical latency — which may be more common on certain mobile networks in Pakistan — there may be a delay between a bet being submitted and confirmed. bets will be settled at the odds accepted at the time of confirmation, not the time of submission.
All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan domestic cricket, ICC for international tournaments, relevant football federation for football). gmaepk is not responsible for errors in results published by third-party data providers prior to official result confirmation.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gmaepk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to pursue appropriate legal remedies:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of gmaepk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: (a) reproduce or redistribute Platform content commercially; (b) modify, adapt or create derivative works; (c) use gmaepk's trademarks, logos or brand assets without prior written authorisation; or (d) frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gmaepk and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting gmaepk support via the email address provided in the footer of this page. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and AML compliance checks.
gmaepk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) gmaepk is required to do so by a competent authority or applicable law; (c) gmaepk reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity; or (d) you have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gambling licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable operator jurisdiction.
Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other applicable national, provincial or local legislation. The choice of governing law in these Terms does not override any mandatory provisions of Pakistani law applicable to you. gmaepk does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice regarding your legal position under applicable Pakistani law.
gmaepk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or prominent in-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently updated.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the Termination section above.
